Our Approach

Goal-Oriented Care
We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with structured treatment plans. Together, we set clear, measurable goals so you always know where you’re headed.

Tracking Progress Together
We use tools like the PHQ-9, GAD-7, and PCL-5 to track change over time. These aren’t about numbers — they’re about giving you direction and reassurance that therapy is working.

Flexible Sessions
Sessions are 45 minutes, available daily through secure video on SimplePractice. Phone sessions are available when needed. For couples, we keep things collaborative, only adding homework if it’s truly helpful.
